Sherry G. Day, M.S: For the past thirteen years as a Human
Potential authority, Sherry Day has worked with thousands of individuals one-on-one and in
group environments to discover the potential within them. Sherry specializes in helping
professionals become more productive by learning ways to overcome specific communication
blockages and relationship breakdowns. For Executives, she has found that communication
problems show up most often in relationship building, peer-to-peer cooperation,
organizational leadership, and strategy execution.
Sherry
is an experienced performance coach and consultant. Her experience extends over a variety
of industries including, automotive, manufacturing, service, health care, hospitality, and
education. A short list of her past clients include: Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, The
Budd Company, Faurecia, Keykert USA, Michigan State University, Financial One, Macomb
County Bar Association, and the University of Chicago Hospital Academy. She has personally
owned and run several businesses and understands leadership issues from both an employer
and employee perspective.
Sherry

Since joining the Complete Leadership team of coaches, Sherry has added to her previous
expertise a deep understanding of background processing and experience in coaching using
techniques based on the characteristics of background and foreground processing.

Day has participated in the concept of lifelong learning since graduation from the
University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI with a M.S. degree in Administration and
Education. She is an award winning editor of professional journals and a published author.
In 2002 Sherry was bestowed the Michigan Woman Business Owner of Distinction Award. She
has served on several community-based and professional boards and committees throughout
her career including Alternative For Girls, International Visitors Council of Metropolitan
Detroit, and National Association of Women Business Owners.
