How We Do It

The Mind
To appreciate our Performance Improvement Coaching approach requires an understanding of
the basic architecture of the mind. As a result of the breakthrough discoveries of
Complete Leadership, we now understand that the mind has two distinct but interacting
mechanisms for managing and controlling our abilities: Foreground Processes and Background
Processes.
The significance of this discovery is that we now understand why some capabilities are
easily learnable and can be executed through our intentions while other capabilities are
very difficult to acquire and are uncontrollably and automatically executed. In the world
of business, making the distinction between Foreground and Background Processes enables us
to understand the significance of the difference between management achievement
and leadership greatness. This foreground/background distinction also creates the
opening for using precisely targeted leadership performance techniques.
