Pinpointing Areas for Performance Improvements:
We conduct the individual and cultural surveys, analyze the results, and
provide on-site feedback. The participating group as a whole receives the analysis of the
cultural survey results, and each participating executive receives individual feedback on
their own 360 assessment. These assessments, along with the interviews we conduct, enable
us to pinpoint the issues that each executive needs to address to achieve peak
performance in their current assignments and in anticipated roles and environments. It
also indicates behaviors that must be addressed to achieve a peak-performing executive
team. As part of the feedback, we distinguish between foreground and background issues.
This enables us to advise which improvements can be achieved through acquiring more
