The Background Process Benchmark Program
The Background Process Transformation Program
The Background Process Benchmark Program is targeted toward the leaders of an
organization. The purpose of this program is to pinpoint the background processes in a
leader or leadership team that need development.
The deliverables of the Background Process Benchmark Program are:
- Present
our Background Processing theory, explain the assessment process, and interview key
executives of the organization during an initial on-site visit.
- Conduct
a 360 assessment of selected executives.
- Conduct
an organizational culture survey.
- Analyze
the individual and cultural survey results.
- Make
a second on-site visit to:
- Report
the results of the individual and cultural surveys
- Distinguish foreground shortcomings from background deficiencies
- Co-create
strategy for Background Process Transformation Program
- Establish performance improvement goals
- Timeframe
to completion: approximately one month after receipt of order
The Background
Process Transformation Program improves the performance of the leaders in an
organization. This is accomplished by transforming the Background Processes that undermine
their ability to produce desired results and to lead others to do the same.
The deliverables of the Background Process Transformation Program are:
- Personalized
one-on-one transformational coaching from an expert Complete Leadership coach.
- Two
weekly phone sessions per Executive
- One
monthly onsite visit for face-to-face coaching of each Executive
- Effective
and proven methodology of transformational coaching
- Pinpoints
the specific Background Process that needs transformation
- Implements
a targeted change that corrects the problem and sustains long term positive results
- Determine
individual progress by conducting a follow-up 360 assessment of participating executives
after 9 to 12 months
- Determine
overall organizational progress by conducting a follow-up cultural survey after 9 to 12
months.
