Our Coaches The
Complete Leadership coaches are world-class. Dr. Barry Borgerson, the leading authority in
identifying and transforming Background Processes, has carefully selected every coach.
Even though each coach has extensive experience before joining Complete Leadership, they
still go through an in depth orientation into the Background Process Transformation
Coaching process and undertake extensive training before working with clients using our
proprietary techniques. To maintain the highest standards of excellence, each coach
prepares for and debriefs bi-weekly with Dr. Borgerson. |
